These terms govern your use of Mirovita, operated by Mirovita, Inc.. By using this site or submitting a scan request, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

1. What Mirovita is

Mirovita is a referral service. We explain what preventative whole-body MRI screening is, help you find a center that offers it, and pass your request to that center.

We are not a medical practice. We do not employ physicians or radiologists, we do not operate imaging equipment, we do not interpret images, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The scan is performed and interpreted by our imaging partners, independent imaging providers. Your clinical relationship is with them.

2. Submitting a request does not book an appointment

The form on this site creates a request, not a booking. Nothing is scheduled and nothing is confirmed until our imaging partners contacts you and you agree to a time with them directly. We cannot guarantee availability at any particular center or on any particular date.

our imaging partners may decline to perform a scan, for example if an implanted device makes MRI unsafe for you, or if you are pregnant, or if your situation calls for a diagnostic study ordered by a physician instead. That decision is theirs and it is a clinical one.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request, and you must submit it for yourself. Do not submit someone else's information without their knowledge and permission.

Screening is intended for people without symptoms. If you have a symptom you want investigated, see a physician. A diagnostic scan ordered for that symptom is a better test than a general screen, and it is usually covered by insurance.

4. Price and payment

The screening scan is $999 USD, payable in full on this site before your request is passed to our imaging partners. Mirovita, Inc. is the merchant of record for that payment: you are paying us, not the imaging center, and the charge on your statement is ours. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our systems.

The price shown when you pay is the price you pay. If the fee ever changes after you have paid, the change does not apply to a scan you have already paid for.

$999 covers the screening scan, the radiologist read, and the results report described on the pricing page. It does not cover any follow-up imaging, biopsy, specialist visit, or treatment that a finding may lead to. Those are billed separately by whoever provides them, and can cost considerably more than the scan.

Screening MRI is self-pay. It is generally not billed to insurance and is generally not reimbursed. You may be able to use an HSA or FSA; that is between you and your plan administrator, and we do not decide it. The receipt we email you carries the amount, the date, and a reference number for that purpose.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel at any time before the scan is performed, and we refund you in full. Email [email protected] and tell us to cancel. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

There is one deduction. If you miss a confirmed appointment, or cancel one with less than 24 hours' notice, the imaging center charges a $50 missed-appointment fee. We pay that fee and deduct the same amount from your refund; we do not add anything to it. This deduction does not apply to a scan booked at a center in CA, CO, IL, NY. The imaging network waives the fee at those centers, so the refund is the full amount whatever state you live in.

We refund you in full, with no deduction, in each of these cases: we cannot arrange a scan at a center you can reasonably reach; our imaging partners declines to perform the scan; a member of our team reviews your answers and concludes a screening MRI is not appropriate for you; or the center cancels or reschedules and the new time does not work for you.

If you tell us about a symptom, an implanted device, or a possible pregnancy in the screener, we do not take payment at all. Those requests go to a person before anything else happens.

A refund is the remedy for a scan that does not happen. It is not compensation for a scan that happened and produced a result you did not want, and it does not depend on what the scan found. Sections 5 and 6 cover what a screening scan can and cannot tell you.

5. No guarantee of outcome

A screening MRI is not a guarantee of health. It can miss cancers, including some it is poorly suited to detect at all, and it can flag findings that turn out to be harmless but still lead to further testing, anxiety, cost, and occasionally procedures with their own risks. The survival statistics on this site are population-level figures published by the U.S. National Cancer Institute's SEER program. They describe what has happened to large groups of people already diagnosed at each stage. They are not a prediction about you, and they are not evidence that whole-body screening improves survival.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information, particularly on the MRI-safety questions. A wrong answer there can be dangerous in a scanner.
• Do not use this site to submit false, automated, or bulk requests.
• Do not attempt to gain access to accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Do not scrape, republish, or resell content from this site without permission.

We rate-limit submissions and may refuse or remove requests that appear automated or abusive.

7. Intellectual property

The Mirovita name, logo, copy, and design are ours. Location and service information describes our imaging partners's facilities and belongs to them. Survival statistics are drawn from U.S. government sources, which are in the public domain; our presentation of them is not.

8. Third-party services

Links to our imaging partners and other third parties are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for them. Our imaging partners is an independent provider, not our agent, employee, or partner in any legal sense beyond the referral arrangement described here.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

This site and the referral service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the location, service, or pricing information shown here is complete or current. Centers change what they offer, and we may not learn of it immediately. Confirm details with the center before you travel.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirovita, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of this site or from any scan performed by a third-party provider. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. We are not attempting to disclaim responsibility for the medical care itself. That responsibility sits with the provider who delivers it, under the law that governs medical practice.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Mirovita, Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of the service or from information you submitted about another person without their permission.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Changes are not retroactive: a request you already submitted is governed by the terms in force when you submitted it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
